Fantasmi
Object: Bridges
by Sara Ricciardi and Giulia Mantellini

Observation
Equipment:
Binoculars with colour intensification features.
Un umbrella that directs you into the right direction depending on your emotional state, e.g. when feeling happy, sad or crazy.
  Findings:
people usually pass the bridges without slowing down or even stopping.
bridges are normally used just to connect people from one side to the other, not for standing on them and thinking about their fears.

Idea
People have to cast away their fears, throwing down ghosts from the bridge.

In fear, one may go through various emotional stages. People can become very intimidated by fear; causing them to go along with someone else's wishes without caring about their own. Our first ghost
represents the fear of darkness.
It is an instinctive reaction caused by rising adrenaline levels rather
than a consciously thought-out decision.

The facial expression of fear includes the following components:
* Eyes widen (out of anticipation for what will happen next)
* The pupils dilate (to take in more light)
* The upper lip rises
* The brows draws together
* Lips stretch horizontally

Transformation
People can write down their fears on the ghosts and throw them down the bridge. As they are attached to nylon strings, all the cast ghosts will start shaping like a cloud floating around the bridge.
