Equipment:
Protective reflector hats and flash lights.
Findings:
The purpose of our object is to connect people. To make it work first you have to insert the card and pick up the phone, then you dial the phone number.
Dimensions of the booth are length:68 cm, height: 115 cm and width:42 cm.
When people go inside the phone booth they also express their feelings. Sometimes they shout, sometimes they hit the booth when they get angry, make graffiti, or they play with the cord. |

We decided to turn the phone booth into a spaceship and the telephone to the control panel which also helps to communicate with outer space. |

Once people get inside of the booth they feel like they are in a spaceship with the phone as the control panel at the center. There, they can feel relaxed while they are talking on the phone and play with the materials in case of anger, anxiety, boredom etc. and add new elements to their communication. |
The materials we used are cardboards, metal cords, sponge, plastic tubes and alien noise from a recorder. |
